Can India afford western judiciary style?

Again we are not fit for democracy. Our laws are so lenient that together with an innocent, hundreds of culprit go out scot free.  Such laws may good for USA and west countries, where laws are clear and conviction rate is 98%. Our law should punish all directly involved and also indirectly involved (those who provoke others) with strictest possible laws. Here, too, we have to learn from our neighbour country, China. We both have almost similarity in most of the aspect; caste, creed, religion etc. In whole of world, only China has reduced their expenses on terrorist activities. Should we not learn from them?

Smart city? High speed train? Forget them !!!

This is one of the naughtiest idea from Modi. Other equally bad idea is high speed train. What he is going to achieve is not clear. I feel this and such decision can bring BJP government down! What is needed for Modi is to look in to judiciary working & population stabilization, two most important area that can benefit country on long term. It looks Modi, like other leaders of India, do not care for long view. Next election is the farthest they can and will look. So who shall take care of India and its future? Possibly no one! Indian will continue to grow its below poverty line mass of people.

Muslim women demand Uniform law for India!!!

How a country can become dynamic country with leadership like Nehru and his decedents? They were mediocre and try to hold positions till death. They shall try to please everyone for selfish reason. They never thought of making India even a medium developed country, leave advanced country. Of course they talk lots to make India advanced country forgetting what actions needed to make it. Modi must do it now. He should forget about resistance from any religion. Most of the people are with him and it is enough reason for him to do it. If he fails to do it, it shall be his Himalayan blunder and history shall not pardon him for this and shall put him in line with Nehru.

Let us face it. Referendum is not the way decisions are taken. Referendum is taken when politicians have no gut to take decision. He fears to take decision. These are not the leaders and they must be removed. UK has proved it with its loose talking PM. Now he has put the country in limbo. He will prove to be biggest villain for UK. At the same time he wants to escape from responsibility! In fact this is what Britishers have taught Indians for two centuries. And so we have no foresighted leader and only mediocre. If India starts taking referendum, soon Kashmir, Panjab, UP etc starts separating from India. Will it be the wise decision?

Not only government servant, all Indians have to go for one/two child policy to stabilize population. Indian illiterate shall not understand. But will our half baked politicians understand it? No way, they have more important agenda of looting people and amassing wealth for them selves. Basically they are confused lot torn  between personal selfish interest and holding the position.  Only Modi can do this. Modi must take up tasks of cleaning judiciary and stabilizing population. This is long term tasks, but unless it is done this country can not improve living standard. Again, only Modi is the hope.

Small manufacturer shall all the time pay poor wages as against branded one. Do, so called,  protector of labour law wants to say that workers of small manufacturer should be paid same as their big brothers? No way, this will happen. Small manufacturers are employing low wage worker as they simply can not afford to give high wages. All must understand that everywhere law of 'demand and supply' works. Since India has sea of unemployed workers, they have to work at low wages. There is no way out. No body should copy what is going on in western countries. What these advocates should say is "reduce population' and there shall be high wages!!!!! Unfortunately even GOD can not help workers get high wages in case high population is unemployed!

Discloser of income by corruption is the biggest amount. Under new scheme of discloser, it is not be allowed. Most of high and low level government officials have stacked big money by way of corruption. Unless this is allowed, there shall be 30-40% discloser. If no question is asked, why not to allow these corrupts to disclose their ill-gotten money?

Uniform law for all Indian

Our history says all the leaders in the past have ignored or postpone taking a bitter decision for the good of majority. Gandhi, Nehru were in front line on not taking bitter decisions for the better future of India. They took goody goody decisions and survived. However on long run such decisions takes country to chaos and poverty. This is exactly what has happened in India. Now it is time for Modi to show his wisdom and take long awaited changes to make India one country. There is no place for caste, creed and religion on governing India. It has to be common for all. India shall surely shine in Future.
