Surprised to see 807 comments. It is not possible to read them all. The first question: do we need a farce called election? In my constituency there were two main parties for MP seat. One candidate was having 17 police cases and other 23 against him. Whom to vote? This is about our democracy. The other point is: History has shown again and again that country like ours can move economically up only with controlled democracy. This can be in form of one party rule. China is having 4 times per capita income as compared to India. This has not come free. One need to have discipline and become a cohesive force. This may mean sacrifice of some liberties! Whatever needed to be done to make India a cohesive force, needs to be done. Let it be authoritarian rule. In fact country like ours cannot progress without disciplined democracy. One may call it authoritarian rule. Election in India is simply fooling the people by alternate political parties!!!!! Where we stand after 70 years of full democracy? For India this is the only way. All others are talk of intelligent people fooling masses. Who need election except those politicians?

It is not important if China's population is more or less of India.  It is 3 times India's size and 3 times per capita income as compared to India. What we should talk is where we stand? Is our standard of living of poor and medium class is good enough? The fact is it is not good. It is worsening day by day as more workmen are available for few jobs. Resources are scares and more of them have been cornered by few. Income of poor and rich is having biggest gap in the world. Our timid progress cannot improve living standard of people with this rate of population growth. India has to stabilize its population. If all Indians go for one child policy, it shall take 30 years and if 2 child policy, it shall take 60 years to stabilize the population. Are we ready for it? No...no....Politicians will never like it. Their education business, health business and cheap supply of manpower will be threatened. God bless India.

China cautioned India saying: " “China has no desire to confront India. Maintaining friendly ties with New Delhi is Beijing’s basic policy. But this must be based on mutual respect. It’s not time for India to display arrogance toward China. India’s GDP is only one-quarter of China’s and its annual defence budget is just one-third. Having a friendly relationship and cautiously handling border issues with China is its best choice,” ".  The first step of every Indians should to ask to our past and present leaders what they have say about this. Who is responsible for keeping India weak and poor? And what they are doing to move India fast economically?. They will not answer. They are stubborn. They will talk about poverty removal steps and sing song of Desh Bhakti. Poor and illiterate Indians will satisfy with this answer! The people are not worried till full freedom of democracy is available. Let country go to dog. Most of the intelligent shall see this China threat as an empty threat and brush aside. This is what they (e.g. Nehru etc) have done all these years and we know the result. We need "Authoritarian Democracy" i.e. limited democracy to progress! Are we ready?

Modi's visit to US will not bring much. Nobody should expect much from this either on terrorism or economic front. China is right in saying we should not be pawn to US. China is saying this as it has grown from a poor country to a giant country by avoiding all odds and sticking to path they have chosen. The first task they did is unit the nation and make one country, one language, one voice. All opposed this were shown their place. India failed at this point it self not to mention about making any worthwhile further progress. We never ever got a true leader. Peace is good but it needs strength to keep peace. If India has to improve living standard, they have to choose the path chosen by China, more or less. Business shall never come by invitation. They go where opportunity is present. Finally they want to make profit at the end and not become a charity house! Modi has to take some radical steps, on social, political and economical fronts!!!

He needs to explain from where this free money has come. If he is honest he must openly say that development is underway but it will be slowed down as big money has gone to farmer. By this he  can explain his status. But who cares here? He should also understand that he shall have to shall out equal or more money for farmer next year. There shall not be any end. All farmers and others know what to do to get free bees again and politicians have to succumb to demand as they need vote. This is full circle in India and it shall keep rotating till some real catastrophe occurs. Our leaders are taking India at point of no return. It is true Yogi did a lot of work law and order area.

Modi wants big companies to come and invest in India!

Modi in US and invite business people to Invest in India

It is good to go, invite and discuss with CEO's of the world. However it is only 5% of total work to bring in investment. Modi and others must know this. Big company's CEOs know what is happening in the world and where the opportunities are available. By now they know that Modi government is not corrupt. However they also know that nothing has changed below his minister's level. The same corruption, delays and arrogance. The same justice system that delays justice for a decade or more. This is the truth. We have not moved much on these fronts. So it is unlikely that many company shall rush to India for investment, especially in manufacturing. They shall be too glad to come in stock market, make money and disappear! This is what is happening in India. Modi must put his all efforts to remove corruption and bureaucracy. Make taxes competitive in the world. And business that shall come running! Till than nothing will change.

Advancing technology and Indian exploding population!!!!!

Future technology is marching.....

If Ma is correct, where India shall stand with its ever growing population? It is really frightening. At present 1/3 of its population do not have regular work for more than 6 months in a year. Only by imagination what one can see is social upheaval in the society and breaking down social fabric. Nobody should think that this is imaginary. It is real and if not we, our children shall face it. We cannot escape painful situation that is the reward of our enjoyment of free democracy in the past and at present. Indians have to pay for what they enjoyed democracy carelessly for past 75 years.

Every Indian wants Free Bees.....for ever....

No body, including GOD can satisfy demands of farmers or anyone wanting free bees. You satisfy one and there is another ready! So what one need to do? This is old gimmicks played many times by Congress. For example 85,000 crores were pardoned before 2009 election. They won the election. So looking to success of giving free bees, everyone is putting their hands on it. But surely it cannot go for ever as nothing will be left out for development. It is still good that Tax payers are not on the street to stop politicians to give free bees. If free bees continues, some day Tax payers shall come on street. There cannot be short term solution to it. As a basic rule nothing should be given as free bees in planned way. It is allowed when some catastrophe happens. It is time to go for ONE Child Policy to reduce population. India can never never feed this exploding population. There shall be social unrest, similar to what we see now, more frequently. If Modi is sincere, he must tell the people the truth that it is not possible to feed ever increasing population and we have to say no more. Now that 3 years have passed, he shall not talk on this looking to 2019 election. Only chance he has is after 2019 election, if he wins. Will he win? Not the way it is going now. If Congress wins, what it shall do? Continue free bees!!!!!!!!

Nations at conflict; Religion and population control

Let us not talk of this religion or that religion. So far as people do not understand and respect human value that we follow at this time, there shall not be peace. One need not and should not go to religion to find what is true and what is not, every time. All that was written a thousand or two thousand years back is not all good today. Some need change. Todays conflict is due to not allowing these changes by some "interested people". And this is the root cause of conflict. Other big reason of conflict is "population explosion". Too few resources and too many chasing it. Conflict bound to happen!!!

Business without commitment???

India wants foreign investment ....fast!!!!

Modi went to Germany to increase trade! This is waste of time. Germany and all developed countries know what mess we have made of businesses here in India. There are no transparent and clear laws. Even a clerk can stop any application by pointing out some rubbish by laws. Government officers are ready to "force" indirectly to shell out money. Labour law is in-sustainable in this time. Modi need and must do in house cleaning first. Make judiciary transparent and fast. We must know a judgement can not wait for a decade to deliver. This might be happening in African countries but surely not in advanced countries. Once this is done, there shall be flow of investors on its own. Till then, please keep waiting! God bless India.
