Nirbhaya -Typical parliament time passing - Population stabilization

Two statistics shall help see our government's performance. One on bills pending and bills passed in parliament with time taken and another, cases pending in Supreme Court and its performance. These two are very vital and shows progress of country. The one reason for increased corruption is delay in justice system. However partial responsibility of all our ills go also to population explosion.
If important bills like GST, Juvenile can take few years to pass, how much a bill like 'population stabilization' shall take? Possibly few decades. This matter is not discussed much as higher level society members are not interested in it and the real sufferers have no voice. In fact real sufferers have no time to see what lies in future for them.
All the resources are already strained. Mumbai, considered as rain pot, is having water shortage and there is 30-40% water cut due to less rain. What will happen if it rains only 50%? Very difficult to imagine. Also what will happen if rain gets delayed by one month? This is true for whole nation. And what pollution level be there if push for industrialization is done. As a developing nation with highest density of population we are just sitting on simmering volcano.
Unless population stabilization is taken among first two or three top agenda for India's progress, we shall be at the same place as we are today. It is no surprise more people shall be added to poverty line.
Let us hope some magic happens!!!!!!

Fighting leaders and sterile people onlooker!!!

High Court says Bombay local train rush is too much and something should be done. SC asked to stop diesel vehicle in Delhi. Gujarat HC said polygamy system should be reviewed. HC and SC keep on saying to do this and that. The fundamental question comes: Is this work of court? Are these functions to be done by court and not government? This shows that government is becoming irrelevant as they are too busy with their non-sense politics. They have no time. And so court have to come in to the picture. The task to be done by ministers are being done by court-questioning about function of departments. This is too much. HC and SC should not tell what must be done to solve a problem. They must ask ministers where they want to take their department, what goals they have and how they are going to do. Basically a CEO's work. Again this is not task of SC, it is task of PM and CMs.
Present working of parliament is a blot to democracy. People are just seeing what is happening in sterile way. They are simply dumb faced. They do not know what they can do. They know progress is hampered and they are the sufferers.
It is not surprise that people start thinking to have military or authoritarian rule in the country. Democracy in India is useless and will take it nowhere. We have so many lunatic leaders and they have made entire nation's atmosphere dirty.
Now it is time to stop all this non-sense democratic freedom and have authoritarian rule, similar to emergency of 1975. We are not fit for democracy as given by western world. We are the people who should be pushed to work.

Delhi Slum Demolition drive and Population Stabilization

Slum demolition is an inevitable task. It is painful. But it is required. All political parties are out to take sympathy of people, finally to get vote. Nobody has said how this demolition could have been avoided. Yes, simple answer is to leave them there. But need of railway cannot be avoided. Railway need its own land for expansion to give better service. So basically it is taking its own land.
People say notice have not been given. If notice is working in this country, many things would have been easy. But it is not correct. What is solution?
Poor people living below poverty line do not have house. Most of them go to city to meet two ends. They have no place in city. They can never rent, leave alone buy a house in city. The result is slum. It is not their fault. Once in this world, they have live by whatever means. Days are not far when they will simply walk in any house and demand to stay there.
Rather than trying to get political mileage out of this incident, all leaders should come together and think how to find solution. There are thousands such slums on land that is needed by government. Hundreds way are available on paper to address such problem. But none will work.  Long term solution is to limit population. At the same time give good governance. Fewer people's availability will increase their value and so more earning. They themselves will arrange their houses. But again limiting population is painful work and no leader shall dare to talk. Our constitution shall put big hurdle for restricting population by law. Literates shall defend their liberty by any way. Again only they have voice in this country. Poor 1/3 of population living below poverty line have no voice at all.

Modi should take up population stabilization as most important point for good of country on long run. Of course, lot of gimmicks are available when next election is the target!!!!!!!

Environment Protection COP21 - Paris & Population Stabilization in India

Some good thinking has happened at Paris on environment issues. This is the first time some concrete derivatives has been achieved. A protocol has been made with everyone's agreement. So far it is good. Developing countries have been given some concession and rich have taken some more responsibilities. A good start for future of the  world.
However where India stand on this? How much India is going to get benefits? Finally, will out come at COP21 matter much to India. Possibly no. India is not going to get any relief from environment hazards. With little progress on industrialisation, our environment is already bad. It shall be alarming once more industrialisation takes place. And India can not stop industrialisation if it has to feed existing population, leave alone future population. Every effort to move up gross GDP shall put environment at a risk. Delhi environment condition shall start seeing at other places. It is matter of time. India can not feed increased population at the rate it is increasing. Politicians are hiding themselves and are not showing courage to tell people that there is absolutely no alternative but to put a stop to population explosion to have stable population by 2040. Of course, we shall out numbers Chinese by 2022 with land size 1/3 of Chinese land. Do India have any way to bring up its 1/3 population living below poverty line? A big NO if population control is not done by enacting Law.

Dream Merchant & Political Brahmashtra

In 2022 two things will happen. One thing can be start of high speed train between Mumbai and Ahmedabad if everything goes right. Other for certainty is India crossing China with more population at 1.4 billions. High speed train shall surely make people's movement fast. But explosive population growth shall hamper almost everything. Over development due to over population shall put huge constraint on water and space. Lot of area shall be filled with filth as it will not be possible to handle it. More people shall go after scarce resources. Most of the cities shall be full of pollution, even more then today's Delhi. Potable water shall be rationed every alternate day or once a three days. Ground shall be full of waste water and not possible to go deeper for fresh water. Modi should spend 50% of this money (1,00,000L crores) to improve railway and 50% to stabilize Indian population. This will bring living standard improvement better than to have a high speed train! Great ideas like smart city, High speed train, Swach Bharat etc are good for vote but shall hardly contribute to living standard improvement. First task of this and any other government should be to bring 1/3 of Indian population living below poverty line to above poverty line. And this can be done by taking long term measures like population stabilization, business reform, transparency, judicial reform, corruption eradication.
Unless Modi concentrate on these area, he shall be distributing dreams like all previous PMs.

Painful time passing by our leaders - Our constitution is at the fault!!!!

People 's elected representatives are not allowed to work since last 1 1/2 year. There are other representatives elected indirectly are not allowing it. This is what constitution allows. So who is at fault? No body, as Constitution is God and one can not blame it. Shear foolishness of leaders and people who do not want to change it. This is the reason why India is at bottom of world and still sinking. Soon there shall be events created by people and nature that will bring this country to grinding halt.
It is time for Modi to think some fundamental change. Big issues like Land law, GST should be taken to people of India and they shall choose or reject the bill. It shall cost a little but shall save greatly and push for progress. It can be done whenever needed.

Or other way is to get rid of Rajya Shabha, non-elected group of people
Can Modi think of such idea?

India Smart City - Smart Time pass?

Smart City and wishful dreaming.......

Smart city program is result of over smart leader's wishful thinking. It has no foundation. No body knows what benefits are going to get. Basically what is need of smart city? To show foreign dignitary? They all know where India stand today. No need of such hypocrisy. Most of the cities in India are unplanned and need stream lining to make life easy. Basic need like water, electricity, roads, transport, drainage etc need to be reviewed and corrected. Let us first do this work and then talk of smart city. Modi is wasting his time for nothing.
Swach Bharat is another half heart task. No where cleaning people have been asked to do cleaning job for 8 hours. These people should steer the program and keep a watchful eye on people making street dirty. All goody goody talks are going on. These all works are face wash and shall contribute nothing to improve common men's living standard.
Time is passing and people are loosing hope for any worthwhile change in their life.

Population stabilization and improving living standard
