Reducing corruption....a clear path

Take bribe given in ring to eradicate corruption.....!!!!!!!

This is eye wash or gimmick; whatever you call. You may also call it time passing. What can be expected where policy and laws are not clear? If there are several confusing meaning of any policy, why Babus will not take its advantage? To reduce giving/taking bribe permanently, all the procedures should be transparent and in written form. Procedures should be of clear meaning & non-ambiguous.  Most important all steps should be time bound in all procedures. This is first step. Second step should be communication between Babus and people. It has to be in written form i.e. e mail. Any meeting between Babus and people should be minuted every time with clear action. I expect 90% reduction in corruption. No need to say existing judicial system is retarding this country at every step. It has to be efficient and quick.
