Government is already overcrowded with some useless and
confused employee. There are so many laws, written and unwritten, clear and
ambiguous, old and new. Add to this lot of manual work. I do not think we need
more than 50% of present government employees. With this number also we can get
better services. Government must go on line for all the activities and reduce
staff further.

Total appointments made through direct recruitment have slided down from 1,51,841 in 2013, 1,26,261 in 2014 to 15,877 in 2015 which is a sharp decline of 89 per cent as compared to the year 2013
