Let us understand jobs can not be created over night. We have many reason to slow down employment rate; intricate government procedures, corruption to the root, taxes etc. Even if these are removed, employment can not cope with population explosion. let us face it: It is impossible to create more employment as also automation is reducing the employment chances. Agriculture is the worst place of employment. Too many people working on too small farms. In fact they should be sent to city for real productive work. But cities are too congested with idle people. The solution: Better to go for one child policy and there shall be employment after 25 years for all !!!!! If not going for population control, there shall be social disturbance due to unemployment. And this is for sure.
