Government Performance!!

Chief Justice wants Government Performance evaluation while cases are pending in courts for 10,15  or even 20 years!
It does not work this way. It never works this way. Mr. Thakur must agree first to have performance evaluation of justice system. How many cases are pending, how much manpower needed at every stage, mile stone of choosing judges, government delays etc. He must publish these figures to the people of nation. Eventually backlog must be finished in next five years max. Will CJI give this data and other data every month to support his willingness to finish backlog? If not, what he said here shall be only utterance not worth taking seriously. Existing situation shall continue to be as it is for years to come. In fact common people are not expecting any this from existing leaders, be in government or justice system. They are loosing hope.
