Chief Justice Thakur
wants to give priority to cases older than 5 years! A news.
Basis of this intention of prioritizing cases one over other
is wrong way to address the problem. It is same as shifting problem, nothing
else. Again 5 years is too long period. It should not be more than a year at
the best. Will Chief Justice think on this?
Delay of Justice is the biggest reason for all evils in
Indian government and society. It is understood by all responsible leaders but
have no courage to find & implement solution. Government is not serious
about this as delay protects many politicians from their sins.
By this standard India shall never be a country where
justice shall earn respect. Justice delayed is justice denied. Chief justice
must publish justice effectiveness in other countries and India and take long
term actions to correct the system.
